Lynchburg Circuit Court Pauses Jury Trials for 2 Weeks

Lynchburg Circuit Court has issued a new order suspending jury trials through at least September 30, 2021 in light of the local surge in COVID-19 cases. This order can be viewed here.

The order was entered on September 16, 2021 so it applies for the next two weeks.

Covid-19 numbers have gone up in Lynchburg recently. You can view those numbers via the Virginia Department of Health’s website. You can also view Centra Health’s numbers which they update daily.

I will send additional updates as they become available.
